Warehouse Associate – General Labor
Shifts & Pay
1st Shift: Mon–Fri, 6:00am–2:15pm | $18/hr
2nd Shift: Mon–Fri, 2:00pm–10:00pm | $18/hr
Duties
Perform general labor tasks throughout the warehouse
Pack, inspect, and sort products from production lines
Assist with skids, strapping, palletizing, and material handling
Complete basic production and quality paperwork
Support machine operators and production teams as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Set up, adjust, and operate machines according to order specifications
Monitor machine performance for safety and quality
Inspect products using tape measure or calipers
Record production counts, downtime, and maintenance notes
Perform general labor tasks such as loading materials, clearing jams, and assisting with line changeovers
Position Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Warehouse, production, or assembly experience preferred
Ability to lift, bend, and stand for the full shift
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Requirements
6–12 months of related machine or warehouse experience
Ability to use small hand tools and simple machine controls
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
