Warehouse Selector – Day & Night Shifts Available (Miramar, FL)
Pay Rate: $18.00/hr

PeopleShare is hiring motivated and dependable Warehouse Selectors for a large distribution facility in the Miramar area! This is a great opportunity to join a fast‑paced operation with long‑term potential.
Available Shifts:
Sunday–Thursday, 5:00 PM until work is completed
Monday–Thursday, 12:00 PM–8:30 PM
Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Job Responsibilities
- Accurately select/pick merchandise from assigned slots
- Verify correct quantities and units of measure
- Load merchandise onto outbound trucks
- Move product from reserve slots to pick slots
- Prepare merchandise for shipment
- Repack loose items as needed
- Inspect product and packaging for quality and compliance
- Follow warehouse labor standards and preferred method guidelines
- Identify and report any slotting or put‑away issues
- Shrink‑wrap pallets when needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Perform additional warehouse tasks as assigned
Requirements
- Experience with RF scanners
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment, including:
- Forklift
- Double pallet jack
- Order picker
(Raymond equipment preferred)
- Strong pace, efficiency, and accuracy
- Ability to work in a dry warehouse environment
- Reliability and consistent attendance
