Warehouse Picker/Packer – Heavy Lifting – PKI/Voice‑Picking | $17/hr | Jacksonville, FL
Location: Jacksonville, FL 32219
Pay: $17/hr
Schedule: 30 hours per week
Shifts Available:
2:30 PM – 8:30 PM, Monday–Friday
8:30 AM – 2:30 PM, Monday–Friday
10:00 AM – 8:30 PM, Monday–Wednesday
11:00 AM – 7:30 PM or 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM (mid‑shifts)
About the Role
We’re looking for reliable, hard‑working warehouse associates who are comfortable with heavy lifting, fast‑paced order fulfillment, and PKI/Jennifer Voice‑directed picking systems. This position requires being on your feet for most of the shift and working with accuracy and speed to meet same‑day shipping goals.
Key Responsibilities
Pick and pack customer orders using the Jennifer Voice system (PKI‑driven)
Move totes, carts, and boxes throughout the warehouse
Label, seal, and prepare shipments for outbound delivery
Lift 25–50 lbs regularly (team assistance available for heavier items)
Maintain accuracy and productivity standards
Follow all safety procedures and warehouse guidelines
Work Environment

Requirements
Warehouse experience required
Comfortable with heavy lifting and physical work
Able to stand/walk for the majority of the shift
Ability to use voice‑directed picking systems (training provided)
Dependable, punctual, and detail‑oriented
