Are you reliable, hands-on, and detail‑oriented? Do you enjoy building quality products and contributing to a strong team environment? We’re looking for an experienced Manufacturing Production Associate to join our growing production team!
🔧 What You’ll Do (Day-to-Day Responsibilities)
• Assemble units using hand tools, power tools, drawings, samples, and verbal instructions
• Meet production timelines while ensuring high-quality standards and customer satisfaction
• Inspect your own work and assist in checking team members’ work
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and contribute to overall facility cleanliness
• Collaborate with your production team and support other departments as needed
• Maintain required certifications and participate in cross‑training opportunities
• Follow all safety rules and maintain a strong awareness of safe work practices
• Strive to minimize scrap, rework, and quality issues through attention to detail
✔ 2–3 years of assembly experience
✔ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
✔ Able to stand for 8+ hours per day
✔ Comfortable reading tape measure
✔ Ability to follow schematics
✔ Experience using hand tools and power tools
