Job Details for the Receptionist position:
- Location: Anoka, MN 55303
- Pay Rate: Up to $20 hour – weekly pay
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
- Duration - 3 month Temp assignment
Job Responsibilities for Receptionist position:
- Greet customers, visitors, and employees at the front desk.
- Assist visitors with signing in and connect them with the appropriate employee.
- Answer incoming calls and route them as necessary.
- Provide general front desk and administrative support.
- Maintain a positive, professional demeanor at all times.
- Utilize basic computer skills for routine tasks.
Job Requirements for Receptionist position:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years of prior switchboard or front desk experience preferred.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Professional, friendly, and outgoing demeanor.
