NOW HIRING – Multiple Warehouse & Engineering Roles
PeopleShare has partnered with a large warehouse and automation operation in multiple Texas locations.
We are hiring Engineering Technicians, Material Handlers, and Forklift Operators to start immediately.
Weekly Pay Available
Engineering Technician
Pay: $19–$25/hour
Locations: Haslet, Lewisville, Fort Worth, Justin, Houston, Lakeside, TX
Engineering Technician Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair building and automation equipment
- Work on conveyors, motors, robots, pneumatic and control systems
- Troubleshoot basic PLC, WES, and WCS issues
- Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, and repairs
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and maintenance needs
- Assist with equipment upgrades and installations
- Complete maintenance logs and documentation
Engineering Technician Qualifications:
- 5+ years of building or automation maintenance experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of electrical systems, controls, HVAC, and warehouse equipment
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
Material Handler
Pay: $15.50–$16/hour
Shifts: 2nd and 3rd
Material Handler Responsibilities:
- Package, sort, stage, and move product
- Perform data entry and production tasks
- Meet daily production goals
- Keep the work area clean and organized
Forklift Operator
Pay: $14/hour
Shift: 1st
Forklift Operator Responsibilities:
- Operate the forklift safely
- Move materials throughout the warehouse
- Support daily production needs
Important Physical Requirement (All Roles):
These positions require heavy lifting (20–50 lbs throughout the shift). Do not apply if you are not comfortable with physical work.
