Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Job Overview
We are currently seeking a dependable General Laborer to join our team. This is a contract‑to‑hire opportunity offering steady hours, competitive pay, and long‑term potential. The ideal candidate will be comfortable performing hands‑on concrete work in a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Mix, pour, and spread concrete into forms
- Use shovels, rakes, and screeds to level and prepare surfaces
- Operate concrete vibrators to remove air pockets and ensure proper structure
- Finish and smooth concrete surfaces for curing
- Patch and repair concrete as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
Qualifications
- Prior experience with concrete or general labor preferred, but not required
- Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy materials
- Comfortable working outdoors and in varying conditions
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
