PeopleShare is hiring an experienced Maintenance Technician to support a high‑volume production facility in Auburndale, FL. This role is ideal for candidates with strong electrical, mechanical, and general maintenance experience who are comfortable working in a cold environment.

- Full-Time | Weekly Pay
Training Schedule (First 2 Months):
Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Regular Schedule After Training:
Monday – Friday | 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM
Overtime varies based on production; some weekend work is required for maintenance and PMs
Work Environment
• Facility temperature: 38 degrees
• Steel‑toe shoes/boots required
• Must have reliable transportation
• Team‑oriented environment
Job Responsibilities
• Perform electrical maintenance on 480V, 277V, 3‑phase and 220V/120V single‑phase systems
• Troubleshoot wiring and read electrical and hydraulic schematics
• Perform plumbing work, including drains, oil/water separators, toilets, sinks, and hot water heaters
• Support HVAC systems,s including replacing belts, adjusting VAV boxes, filters, and condensers
• Maintain equipment such as dock levelers, trailer restraints, high‑speed doors, motors, starters, VFDs, and exhaust fans
• Assist with HVAC and industrial refrigeration PMs and repairs
• Use SAP system to document work orders
• Perform general facility maintenance, including painting, drywall repair, snow removal, lighting, ceiling tiles, and building repairs
Requirements
• 3–5 years of maintenance experience required
• Strong electrical skills (480V / 3‑phase experience required)
• Plumbing and HVAC experience
• Ability to use hand tools
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable standing, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and working in varying temperatures
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Strong math skills
