Production Operator Job Details:
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 3:15 PM – 1:45 AM
Pay Rate: $20.90
Location: Wilsonville, OR
Production Operator Responsibilities:
- Entry‑level role performing routine, repetitive manufacturing tasks under close supervision
- Supports production processes including wire straightening, grinding, assembly, and coil production
- Work may require 60–75% sitting or up to 100% standing, depending on the workstation
- Perform basic production operations and handle small parts
- Follow detailed instructions and accurately document work
- Measure, inspect, and verify product quality using rulers or microscopes
- Use basic power tools safely
- Complete repetitive tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Production Operator Requirements:
- 1–2 years of machining experience preferred
- Ability to read and understand English instructions and safety materials
- Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction) using both English and metric measurements
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
- Manual dexterity for handling small components
- Ability to measure small wires and perform visual inspections with and without a microscope
- Ability to use small power tools
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain accuracy
