PROMAN Staffing has partnered with a respected technology repair facility in Flower Mound, TX.
We are hiring Assistant Technicians who can accurately troubleshoot, inspect, and support repairs on consumer electronic devices such as tablets and cellphones.

Assistant Technician Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot cellphones, tablets, and small electronic devices
- Perform basic repairs using handheld tools (screwdrivers and similar tools)
- Enter data and follow repair steps using a computer
- Maintain accuracy and follow production procedures
- Inspect devices and identify issues related to performance or physical condition
- Assist with line tasks, quality checks, and workflow processes
- Work in a warehouse/production environment while meeting daily quotas
- Communicate effectively with team members and leadership
Assistant Technician Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to use basic hand tools
- Comfortable using a computer for data entry
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Previous warehouse or FedEx-style experience preferred
- Ability to stand, move, and work throughout the shift
Shifts Available
2nd Shift:
- 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM, Monday–Friday
3rd Shift:
- Overnight full-time shift
