High Reach Operator Details
- Pay Rate: Up to $16.50/hr
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – Finish (typically 3–4 PM)
- Location: Plant City, FL 33566
High Reach Operator Responsibilities
- Operate high reach trucks to stack and retrieve materials
- Document and maintain accurate inventory records
- Ensure production area organization and cleanliness
- Follow established guidelines and safety procedures
- Work under immediate supervision and report to department manager
High Reach Operator Requirements
- Must have Crown and Raymond Reach Truck experience
- Ability to lift 50–80 lbs (team lifting OK)
- Comfortable working in temperatures as low as 0°F (freeze suits provided)
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety standards
