PeopleShare is hiring Order Selectors for 3rd shift in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for candidates who are reliable, detail-oriented, and experienced in pallet jack operations.
Job Details for Order Selector:
- Location: Lithia Springs, GA
- Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour
- Schedule: Sunday – Thursday | 3rd shift 8:30 PM – 5:00 AM
Job Responsibilities for Order Selector:
- Operate a double electric pallet jack (1–3 years of experience required).
- Select and pick orders from floor and upper locations (high reach experience helpful).
- Build and secure pallets to prevent tipping; stretch-wrap pallets for loading.
- Label products using SOS label technology and stage pallets for loading.
- Maintain cleanliness and follow preferred work methods and sanitation requirements.
- Perform pre- and post-trip inspections of equipment.
Job Requirements for Order Selector:
- High school diploma required
- Experience: 1–3 years operating a double pallet jack (mandatory).
- Ability to lift 50 lbs repeatedly; team lifts for heavier loads.
