Customer Service Representative

We’re looking for a detail‑oriented, customer‑focused professional to support daily operations, coordinate product deliveries, and provide excellent service to customers and sales representatives. This role involves high‑volume outbound calling, order entry, scheduling, and general office support.
Key Responsibilities
Make 70–100 outbound calls daily to schedule product deliveries to Lowe’s and Home Depot
Assist customers with product questions, ordering, tracking, complaints, and problem resolution
Enter orders into the system for billing and delivery
Prepare quotes and coordinate mailings of literature and samples
Coordinate delivery schedules with dispatch
Retrieve information needed by the credit department
Issue credits or debits accurately when needed
Answer incoming calls
Take sales orders from sales reps and customers via phone and email
Assist walk‑in counter customers
Receive cash payments and process credit card/check approvals
Categorize, file, and maintain ship ticket copies for audit purposes
Maintain all customer records
Perform additional duties as assigned
Required Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong attention to detail
Comfortable with basic math
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities
Experience with a multi‑line phone system
Pleasant phone demeanor
Ability to multitask effectively
