Position Details
• Pay Rate: $20/hour
• Location: Arden Hills, MN 55112
• Schedule: Full-time, onsite
• Parking: Free, multiple lots and entrances
Responsibilities
• Sort, stage, and deliver mail/packages across campus using carts and maps
• Check in packages via scanning device/app; track deliveries and respond to customer emails
• Handle outgoing mail (USPS, FedEx) and prepare shipments
• Operate high-volume copiers, bindery, and finishing equipment; troubleshoot minor issues
• Maintain records, logs, and inventories; distribute office supplies and mail
• Perform occasional reception, meeting room setups, and light maintenance tasks
• Lift/move up to 50 lbs (with assistance for heavier items); frequent standing/walking
Requirements
• High school diploma or GED; 1–2 years related experience preferred
• Basic computer skills (MS Office Suite)
• Knowledge of shipping/receiving procedures; copier/equipment familiarity a plus
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently, stay on task, and adapt to schedule changes
