Job Opening: Equipment Operator
Location: Bessemer City, NC
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM
Compensation: $15/hour
Position Overview
Manufacturing Services, Inc. is looking for a dependable and detail-focused Equipment Operator to become part of our production crew. The individual in this role will be responsible for running manufacturing machines safely and effectively, ensuring that output meets established quality and efficiency standards.
Core Duties
• Operate production equipment in line with company procedures and safety requirements
• Carry out repetitive tasks with precision and consistency
• Examine finished goods for quality and promptly report any defects or irregularities
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards
• Adhere strictly to all workplace safety rules and regulations
• Remain on your feet for extended periods while performing assigned tasks
• Achieve daily production goals and meet established deadlines
Qualifications
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or machine operation role is preferred
• Ability to stand for long durations and perform repetitive movements
• Strong focus on accuracy and dedication to maintaining product quality
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-output environment
