About the Role
PeopleShare is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to provide on-site support for our client in Sharon, MA. In this role, you’ll assist with warehouse operations, including order picking, packing, stocking, and ensuring inbound and outbound processes run smoothly and efficiently.
Warehouse Associate Job Details:
Location: Sharon, MA
Pay: $18.00/hr
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 1st Shift (7:00 AM start) or 2nd Shift (3:00 PM start)
Benefits: Full-time, Medical Benefits, 401(k), Weekly Pay
Warehouse Associate Key Responsibilities
- Perform manual tasks to support inbound and outbound operations
- Pick, pack, and stock orders accurately and timely
- Maintain basic housekeeping in assigned warehouse areas
- Adhere to all safety procedures and company standards
- Follow direction from warehouse lead, supervisor, or manager
Warehouse Associate Qualifications
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs regularly
- Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift
- Attention to detail and adherence to safety procedures
