Position Overview
Our Jensen Beach, Florida, location has proudly served the surrounding communities for over two decades. We are seeking skilled, motivated, and customer-focused Property & Casualty Licensed Insurance Agents to join our expanding team.
This role is approximately 90% Personal Lines and 10% Commercial Lines and blends new business sales with high-quality service for existing clients. The ideal candidate thrives in a sales-driven environment and is committed to delivering an exceptional client experience.
Primary Responsibilities
Quote and sell insurance policies and related products
Deliver outstanding customer service and accurately assess client needs
Conduct outbound outreach using cross-sell lists, contact calls, and marketing-generated leads
Collect detailed risk-profile information to recommend appropriate coverage
Maintain awareness of sales activities, transactions, and policy terms
Document all client interactions thoroughly in accordance with agency procedures
Manage mail, documentation, and customer records within agency systems
Perform additional duties as assigned
Required Experience & Competencies
Active 2-20 Property & Casualty General Lines License
Full-time availability
Strong knowledge of personal and commercial lines regulations
Experience managing and servicing an existing book of business
Skill in policy rewrites and relationship management
Familiarity with agency management systems and comparative rating software
Ability to market new business within the community
Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
Proactive approach and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
Positive, “can-do” attitude with strong multitasking capabilities
