Pay Rate: $16.50/hour (weekly pay)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Experience: 1–3 years

Job Responsibilities as a Warehouse Assembler:
Perform general assembly of products according to engineering drawings and product specifications
Conduct inspections following quality procedures and record applicable results
Build hatch cover structures using fiberglass, resins, and structural materials
Operate a variety of hand and pneumatic tools
Interpret work instructions and maintain safety standards, including PPE use
Keep work area organized and clean
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications for a Warehouse Assembler:
Ability to use hand and power tools safely
Capable of reading and interpreting engineering drawings and work instructions
Able to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for an 8-hour shift
Comfortable working in an enclosed (cave-like) environment and on uneven surfaces
Prior assembly or fiberglass experience preferred but not required
