- Schedule: Tuesday – Thursday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Responsibilities for Part Time Receptionist:
Greet and assist all visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer and transfer incoming calls to appropriate departments.
Schedule and coordinate meeting rooms for staff and visitors.
Provide general administrative support to various departments, including preparing labels, compiling manuals, and assisting with special projects.
Manage and maintain promotional store inventory — including ordering, organizing, and distributing promotional materials.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Job requirements for Part Time Receptionist:
- HS Diploma or GED
Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role preferred.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
Professional demeanor and appearance.
