Join a growing and innovative manufacturing leader committed to excellence, safety, and continuous improvement. We’re seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a skilled maintenance team and ensure smooth, reliable plant operations within a fast-paced production environment.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and support maintenance staff across all facility operations.
Oversee troubleshooting, repair, and installation of plant and production equipment.
Manage preventive maintenance schedules and assign work orders through CMMS.
Maintain and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
Monitor maintenance KPIs and ensure compliance with safety standards.
What We’re Looking For:
High School Diploma or GED required; Technical or Trade School preferred.
Completion of an electrical training program required.
3–5 years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience (paper industry a plus).
Strong knowledge of AC/DC circuits, PLCs, motor controls, and VFDs.
Proven leadership, organization, and troubleshooting skills.
