Schedule: Full-Time
Pay Range: $27.00 – $31.00 per hour
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure the safe and efficient operation of all plant equipment and facility systems. This position involves troubleshooting, repairs, preventive maintenance, and fabrication work to support continuous operations.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure safe and efficient operation of all plant equipment and facility infrastructure.
Properly use tools and maintenance equipment.
Work safely following Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
Troubleshoot and repair motors, drives, and electrical systems.
Fabricate and repair parts using welding, cutting, and grinding tools.
Perform preventive maintenance (PM) following written procedures.
Accurately document all work performed in the maintenance log.
Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours support.
Support facility systems, including plumbing, HVAC, and more.
Operate specialized or motorized equipment as needed.
Travel to suppliers to pick up parts when required.
Maintain a clean, organized work area while following all safety, ISO 9001, and ISO 14000 standards.
Qualifications
5+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience.
Strong knowledge of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and fabrication systems.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training preferred.
