Assembly Operator Job Details:
Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 4:30 AM – 3:00 PM (occasional OT on Friday/Saturday)
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
Location: Plymouth, Minnesota

Assembly Operator Job Description:
Assemble small medical device components following detailed work instructions
Operate hand tools and equipment safely and efficiently
Perform quality inspections on finished parts to ensure compliance with standards
Maintain clean room protocols and follow all safety and GMP procedures
Accurately document work performed and production data
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
Assembly Operator Job Requirements:
Ability to read and follow written instructions in English
Strong attention to detail and steady manual dexterity
Comfortable working in a clean room environment with PPE
Basic math and measuring skills
Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
High school diploma or GED required
Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
