About the Manufacturing Production Supervisor Role:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Manufacturing Production Supervisor to join our team in Haines City, FL. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the startup of a brand-new manufacturing facility, opening in Winter 2025. You’ll play a vital role in shaping the direction of the plant while working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and high-responsibility environment.
Job Title: Manufacturing Production Supervisor
Location: Haines City, FL
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay Range: $75,000 – $85,000 annually
Key Responsibilities of the Manufacturing Production Supervisor:
Lead assigned plant production departments to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost goals
Build and maintain positive working relationships with hourly production employees
Train, mentor, and onboard new employees while fostering a culture of engagement and low turnover
Manage daily production schedules and ensure consistent workflow
Identify and correct safety concerns; conduct training, audits, and accident investigations
Monitor and improve product quality in alignment with brand standards
Partner with Maintenance to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance
Collaborate with Materials, Scheduling, and Logistics to ensure smooth operations
Determine staffing needs, oversee timekeeping, and enforce attendance policies
Support hiring, disciplinary actions, and resolution of employee concerns
Qualifications for the Manufacturing Production Supervisor Position:
2+ years of progressive leadership experience (manufacturing preferred)
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities
High energy with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
Strong customer service mindset and ability to coach others
Willingness to travel to other plants as needed
