Job Overview
Key Responsibilities
Load and unload materials from trucks, storage areas, and production lines.
Operate forklifts safely to transport raw materials, finished products, and other items within the facility.
Supply production lines with required materials to maintain continuous production.
Conduct routine equipment checks and report any maintenance needs.
Track and verify inventory, reporting any discrepancies promptly.
Follow all company safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
Assist with general warehouse and production duties as needed.
Quality Assurance & Record Keeping
Understand and follow all company policies and procedures.
Possess knowledge of raw materials, products, and specifications.
Perform quality checks on raw materials and finished products, reporting imperfections.
Maintain accurate and organized documentation as required.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to stand for long periods (12-hour shifts).
Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs. regularly.
Frequent bending, twisting, squatting, kneeling, reaching, pushing, and pulling required.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of forklift operating experience preferred.
Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain one).
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
