PeopleShare is hiring a hands-on Fiberglass Technician to join a manufacturing team in Williamsport, MD. This role is perfect for someone with autobody repair experience or anyone who has worked with fiberglass materials—such as experience spraying, repairing, or molding fiberglass is part of the job.
Production Associate – Williamsport, MD
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (OT as needed)
Pay Rate: $20/hr to start → $26+/hr after 3 months based on performance and skill progression
What You’ll Do
Perform basic fiberglass repairs and assist with spray booth operations
Use special equipment related to painting and fiberglass repair
Work safely and efficiently with minimal direction
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow all working conditions and guidelines
What We’re Looking For
- Experience with fiberglass repairs, autobody work, or spray application
- Background in roles such as Autobody Technician, Fiberglass Sprayer, Maxx Bath Technician, or similar
- Ability to work with hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn specialized processes
- Reliable attendance and team-oriented attitude
