PeopleShare is looking for a reliable, hands-on Production Associate to join our team on 1st shift. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, has strong attention to detail, and is eager to grow their skills in fiberglass repair and spray booth operations.
Production Associate – Williamsport, MD
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (OT as needed)
Pay Rate: $20/hr to start → $26+/hr after 3 months based on performance and skill progression
What You’ll Do
Perform basic fiberglass repairs and assist with spray booth operations
Use special equipment related to painting and fiberglass repair
Work safely and efficiently with minimal direction
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow all working conditions and guidelines
What We’re Looking For
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Strong communication skills and a teamwork-oriented mindset
Basic knowledge of fiberglass repairs, spray booth processes, and spraying techniques
Ability to operate equipment safely and properly
Commitment to following all working conditions, safety policies, and job expectations
