Location: Princeton, NJ
Pay: $25/hr.
Schedule: 3 days per week, 13-hour shifts (nights and weekends required)

Key Responsibilities
Respond to emergency medical inquiries, including urgent service requests such as medical referrals, prescription assistance, and medical evacuations
Apply triage skills to assess urgency, prioritize patient needs, and coordinate timely care
Document all case information accurately using case management software
Communicate with members, clients, and healthcare providers to coordinate services and resolve issues efficiently
Research and maintain an updated database of medical providers and resources
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless client experiences
Participate in department meetings and contribute to process improvements
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism
Qualifications
Hands-on experience in medical triage and emergency patient prioritization
Background or education as an RN, EMT, Paramedic, LPN, or related medical field is required
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or assistance environments
Associate/Bachelor’s degree preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar software
Ability to remain calm and composed in high-stress, emergency situations
Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime
