Medical Case Manager
Location: Princeton, NJ
Pay: $25/hr (60-day review with raise potential to 27.50)
Schedule: 3 days per week, 13-hour shifts (nights and weekends required)

Key Responsibilities
Respond to emergency and non-emergency medical inquiries, including service requests such as medical referrals, prescription assistance, and medical evacuations.
Document all case information accurately using case management software.
Communicate with members, clients, and healthcare providers to coordinate services and resolve issues efficiently.
Research and maintain an updated database of medical providers and resources.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a seamless client experience.
Participate in department meetings and contribute to process improvements.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or assistance environment.
Background or education as an RN, EMT, Paramedic, LPN, or related medical field preferred.
Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar software.
Ability to remain calm and composed in high-stress situations.
Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime.
