Administrative & Document Support Specialist Job Details:
Schedule: 7am - 3:30pm | Monday–Friday
Location: New Haven, CT 06511
Pay Rate: $18.72 – $23.72/hour
Administrative & Document Support Specialist Responsibilities:
- Scan, digitize, and organize physical files into electronic formats
- Operate high-volume document imaging and office equipment
- Process and sort incoming/outgoing mail and packages
- Perform filing, purging, archiving, and general office support duties
- Distribute supplies and completed print jobs across departments
- Maintain supply inventory, service logs, and workspace organization
- Support light facilities tasks including meeting room setup
- Ensure quality control on scanning, imaging, and printing tasks
- Perform other administrative or support duties as assigned
Administrative & Document Support Specialist Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1–2 years of administrative, mailroom, or document handling experience preferred
- Good PC skills and ability to work with scanning/imaging software
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and task management
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform moderate physical activity
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 per client policy
