Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 2-2-3 rotation (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

PeopleShare is hiring an experienced Quality Technician for a local manufacturing company. This role is perfect for someone with a strong eye for detail, solid Microsoft Office skills, and experience maintaining product quality in a production environment.
Responsibilities
Verify production line specifications and record data on production logs
Monitor and measure production output to ensure compliance with quality standards
Support new product startups by checking quality and consistency
Evaluate, sort, and re-inspect customer returns
Communicate effectively with the Production Management team
Keep lab and work areas clean, safe, and organized
Qualifications
2–3 years of Quality Control experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); able to create spreadsheets and reports
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Able to prioritize tasks and work independently
