Pay Rate: $25–$36/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM

PeopleShare is hiring a Manufacturing Technician I to join a world-class manufacturing team dedicated to creating innovative, sustainable, and high-quality products. This role is ideal for individuals with hands-on technical experience who are ready to grow in a dynamic production environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide daily troubleshooting and technical support for assembly, welding, soldering, wiring, testing, and other manufacturing processes.
Collaborate closely with production teams to support new projects and product launches.
Prepare, update, and maintain documentation such as BOMs, routers, and standard work procedures.
Implement process improvement initiatives to enhance safety, efficiency, and quality.
Manage small-scale projects to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
High School Diploma required; Associate’s Degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
Knowledge of LEAN manufacturing principles and continuous improvement tools.
Familiarity with electrical assembly, welding, or test equipment is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills in a team environment.
Preferred Skills:
Experience working with SAP or other ERP systems.
Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification preferred.
Proficiency in 2D or 3D CAD software.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated hands-on skills in soldering, wiring, and measurement systems.
