Administrative Clerk – Temp to Hire – Worcester, MA
Location: Worcester, MA
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour (based on experience)

A well-established manufacturing and distribution company in Worcester is seeking a dependable Administrative Clerk to join their team. This temp-to-hire position offers an excellent opportunity to grow within a stable organization known for its quality products, safety standards, and supportive team culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare letters, memos, emails, and reports using Microsoft Word and Excel.
Maintain organized digital and physical files and assist with document management.
Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate office logistics.
Answer phones, greet visitors, and handle general administrative inquiries.
Order office supplies, process expense reports and invoices, and perform data entry.
Support interview scheduling, employee activities, and company events as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (required).
At least 1 year of administrative or clerical experience (preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs.
