Maintenance Mechanic
We’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team! In this role, you’ll ensure the safe and efficient operation of all plant equipment and facility systems. You’ll use your technical expertise to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a wide range of machinery in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure the safe and efficient operation of all plant equipment and facility infrastructure.
Properly use tools and maintenance equipment, following Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
Troubleshoot motors, drives, and electrical systems.
Fabricate and repair parts using welding, cutting, and grinding tools.
Perform preventive maintenance (PM) on all machines per written procedures.
Record daily work activity in the maintenance log.
Participate in the on-call rotation as needed.
Support facility systems such as plumbing, HVAC, and related areas.
Operate specialized or motorized equipment as required.
Occasionally travel to suppliers to pick up parts.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Adhere to all company safety, ISO 9001, and ISO 14000 standards and procedures.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance or a related field.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Knowledge of Electrical, Mechanical, Pneumatic, Hydraulic, and Fabrication systems.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
High school diploma or equivalent required; Technical or Vocational education preferred.
