Our office is currently partnered with a leading company in Phillipsburg, NJ in their search for Cherry Picker Forklift Operators.
Job Details:
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
Pay Rate: $19.50
Job Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-Hire
Location: Phillipsburg, NJ
Responsibilities:
Operate a cherry picker to pull small parcel orders accurately and efficiently using an RF scanner.
Keep track of any missing items and report them to the Inventory team
Maintain a productivity rate of 40 orders picked per hour.
Cross-train on the use of high reach forklifts and other warehouse equipment.
Record stock movements accurately and report inventory discrepancies.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
Perform regular inventory counts and assist with audits.
Communicate effectively and cooperate with team members and supervisors.
Requirements:
Minimum of six months experience operating a cherry picker.
Forklift certification (required).
Experience using an RFID scan gun (required).
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physically demanding warehouse tasks.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Reliable, punctual, and motivated with a desire to learn and grow.
Strong basic math skills.
