Key Responsibilities:
- Process vendor invoices, statements, and general A/P entries into Sage 100
- Perform three-way match of invoices, purchase orders, and receipts of goods
- Resolve invoice pricing variances or receipt issues in collaboration with the sales team
- Ensure timely and accurate cash disbursements, including manual checks when needed
- Respond to vendor inquiries and provide issue resolution
- Provide backup support for inventory adjustments, receipts, and returns
Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of Accounts Payable experience (Sage 100 a plus)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
