PeopleShare is seeking an Account Liaison to join our team in Williamsport, MD. This position requires frequent interaction with customers and internal departments to ensure the accurate and timely reception, scheduling, production, billing, and shipping of customer orders.
Job Title: Account Liaison
Compensation: $21.00 - $25.00
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
Develop and maintain strong relationships with external customers.
Communicate professionally through phone and email.
Assist customers with order changes, inquiries, and status updates.
Administrative
Enter customer orders into the order fulfillment system.
Build and maintain customer-specific manufacturing specifications.
Run and manage inventory and usage reports for customers.
Maintain accurate account and inventory data.
Team Support
Collaborate with the production team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Support the sales team with customer relations, reporting, and inquiries.
Provide timely information such as specs, reports, and updates to internal teams.
Qualifications
2–3+ years of professional customer service or sales support experience (manufacturing preferred).
Proficiency with order fulfillment systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
Strong mathematical skills (formulas, percentages, commissions, measurements).
Excellent multitasking ability in a fast-paced environment.
Professional communication and phone etiquette.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience supporting multiple locations remotely is a plus.
