We are hiring a Production Maintenance Mechanic Lead for 2nd shift in Hatfield, PA. This role is responsible for overseeing maintenance activities, troubleshooting equipment, and ensuring production runs smoothly. Candidates must have prior maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment and reliable transportation.

Maintenance Mechanic Lead Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee daily maintenance activities for the shift.
Communicate work schedules, assign tasks, and track technician progress.
Troubleshoot and repair production machinery, facility systems, and equipment.
Perform preventive maintenance to maximize uptime and reliability.
Respond to maintenance and facility emergencies as needed.
Conduct equipment calibrations and ensure accurate documentation in CMMS.
Communicate issues and pending work to leadership and the next shift.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure safe, clean work practices.
Maintenance Mechanic Lead Requirements:
High School Diploma/GED with 7+ years of maintenance experience, or Associate’s degree with 3+ years of experience.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
Experience with facility and machine maintenance, repairs, and installations.
Leadership experience preferred.
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs., climb ladders, and work at heights.
Familiarity with PLCs, HVAC, boilers, and preventive maintenance programs strongly preferred.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and CMMS software.
Reliable transportation and safety-first mindset required.
