PeopleShare is looking for a Maintenance Manager for a job in Mt. Laurel, NJ. To be considered, the candidate would be able to oversee approximately 20+ machines and a crew of 2 individuals that could increase to 4 or 5 individuals in the future. This candidate MUST have injection mold experience.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, on call as needed (flexibility)
Duration: Full-time Direct Hire
Salary: $110-120k/year
Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in electrical, electronic, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic maintenance and repair of machinery and equipment. Maintains physical structure and utility systems of building and maintenance of grounds. Responsible for recording, implementing, and monitoring safety protocols in accordance with OSHA regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Directs workers engaged in performing preventive maintenance and mechanical repairs to production machinery and equipment such as injection molding machines, motors, tools, conveyors and grinding systems.
- Assists workers in diagnosing malfunctions in machinery and equipment based on observation of machinery and applying knowledge from past experience.
- Coordinates or performs preventive maintenance and repairs to facility including repairing building utility systems, such as electrical wiring and controls, heating and ventilating systems, and water distribution and plumbing systems.
- Requisitions tools, equipment, supplies and replacement parts.
- Reviews manufacturers’ service manuals, maintenance schedules, and records of maintenance problems to determine optimum frequency of preventive maintenance.
- Studies production and operation schedules and confers with other staff to determine when planned maintenance will least interfere with operation of establishment.
- Estimate labor hours, parts, and supplies to be used during scheduled maintenance.
- Maintains records of planned and completed maintenance on all company assets individually.
- Assists in development and coordination of plans for reconstruction or installation of new equipment, machinery, or buildings.
- Directs workers engaged in ground maintenance activities, such as mowing lawns, trimming hedges, removing weeds, and raking and disposing of leaves and refuse.
- All other duties as assigned.
