We are seeking an experienced and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role involves supporting customers with their product needs, ensuring orders are processed accurately, and providing an excellent customer experience.
This is a temp to hire opportunity, Monday- Friday 8am-4pm at $20-$21/hr
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with product questions, order placement, order tracking, and problem resolution
Enter orders into the system for billing and delivery
Prepare quotes and coordinate mailings of literature and samples
Coordinate delivery schedules with dispatch
Retrieve information for the credit department and process credits/debits as needed
Answer incoming calls and respond to inquiries
Take sales orders from sales representatives and customers via phone and email
Assist walk-in counter customers and process payments (cash, credit card, checks)
Categorize, file, and maintain shipping ticket copies for audits
Maintain organized and up-to-date customer records
Requirements:
2+ years of Customer Service or Sales experience
Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
