Medical Case Manager
📍 Location: Princeton NJ
💲 Pay: $25/hr (60-Day Review with potential raise to 27.50 + further raise upon conversion)
🕒 Schedule: 3x 13-hour shifts per week (nights & weekends required)

What You’ll Do:
As a Medical Case Manager in our Call Center, you will be the first point of contact for members in need of assistance. You’ll:
Respond to both non-emergent and emergent travel-related inquiries
Handle service requests including medical referrals, prescription assistance, medical evacuations, and repatriation of remains
Document case management details in our Case Management Software (CMS)
Provide liaison service between members, clients, and providers
Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure seamless client support
Research and maintain provider information to aid clients and staff
Participate in meetings, trainings, and department-wide initiatives
Assist colleagues and support team success in a high-pressure environment
What We’re Looking For:
Hard Skills (Top 3):
Prior medical experience (RN, EMT, Paramedic, LPN, medical case management, or related)
Excellent customer service & communication skills
Ability to remain calm and collected under pressure
Soft Skills / Culture Fit:
Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
Calm, composed, and professional in high-stress situations
Requirements:
2+ years of customer service (medical or assistance industry preferred)
Associate degree required (Bachelor’s preferred)
Knowledge of medical terminology, records, or coding a plus
Microsoft Office proficiency
Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime
Must pass background check, education verification, and physical exam (with drug/alcohol screening)
Foreign language skills a plus
