Position: Electronic Assembler
Schedule: 2nd Shift
Electronic Assembler Job Description:
- Assemble and solder electronic components and circuit boards according to schematics, diagrams, and work instructions
- Inspect parts and completed assemblies for quality, accuracy, and compliance with standards
- Use small hand tools, soldering irons, microscopes, and testing equipment as needed
- Identify and report defective or nonconforming materials
- Maintain clean and organized work area
- Follow safety, ESD (Electrostatic Discharge), and quality guidelines
Electronic Assembler Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (technical training a plus)
- Previous experience in electronic assembly or soldering preferred
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity for handling small parts
- Basic understanding of electrical components and testing procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
