Customer and Client Services Job Details:
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Pay Rate: Starting at $15/hr
Type: Contract, Contract-to-Hire
What You Will Do in Customer and Client Services:
Provide exceptional customer service support across multiple channels
Assist with clerical and administrative tasks to support daily office operations
Maintain accurate and confidential records in compliance with state and federal regulations
Analyze information and exercise sound judgment in decision-making
Prepare reports and correspondence using MS Office Suite products
Collaborate with team members and assist in training when needed
Perform additional duties as assigned to support business objectives
Customer and Client Services Job Requirements:
A positive attitude is a must!
High School Diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal)
Comfortable with video, phone, and in-person customer/client conversations
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
Completion of I-9 and E-Verify employment verification
