What You’ll Do as a Customer Service & Warehouse Associate
Customer Service (50%)
Greet and assist walk-in and call-in customers
Enter and manage orders using Microsoft Office and/or QuickBooks
Provide product information & resolve inquiries efficiently
Keep the front counter organized and stocked
Warehouse Operations (50%)
Pick, pack, and prepare orders with accuracy
Fabricate custom-length K-style gutters (training provided)
Load/unload trucks & safely operate a sit-down forklift
Conduct cycle counts, restock inventory, and maintain cleanliness
Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory management
What We’re Looking For in a Customer Service & Warehouse Associate
Reliable & punctual with strong attendance
Detail-oriented and accurate in all tasks
Team-minded with a positive attitude
Comfortable in a physically active, blue-collar environment
Microsoft Office & QuickBooks experience preferred
Forklift experience a plus (training available)
Previous warehouse experience in picking, packing, or inventory management
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, not required
