Forklift Operator
PeopleShare is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to join our team in South Carolina. This position plays a key role in supporting our warehouse and distribution operations by safely and efficiently handling materials throughout the facility.

Location: On-site | South Carolina
Pay: $20-21/hr.
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday - Friday 1st shift
Responsibilities for Forklift Operator
- Operate forklifts (sit-down, reach truck, power jack) to move materials throughout the facility
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts, hand trucks, and dock levelers
- Organize and stage all incoming and outgoing products
- Pull, prepare, and label products for shipment to meet customer standards
- Repalletize products manually and pick partial orders as needed
- Stack pallets or skids and dispose of cardboard, plastic, and debris appropriately
- Maintain forklift equipment and perform daily safety inspections in compliance with OSHA and MSDS standards
- Use SAP and handheld scanners (WMS) to track inventory and product movement
- Input product data, print labels, and store products in correct locations
- Assist with regular inventory counts
- Report damaged equipment, faulty tools, or safety issues to supervisors immediately
- Offload containers using push-pull attachment within the scheduled timeframe
- Perform additional tasks as assigned
Requirements for Forklift Operator
- Minimum of 2 years of forklift operation experience
- Valid forklift license required
- Basic math skills for product counting and inventory tracking
- Must be flexible with schedule and willing to work extended hours when needed
