🗓️ Day-to-Day Responsibilities for the Administrative Assistant 

Organize files, perform accurate data entry, and maintain digital and paper records

Draft correspondence, memos, emails, and invoices professionally

Prepare reports, meeting documents, and administrative summaries

Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and support scheduling logistics

Greet visitors, answer incoming phone calls, and sort/distribute mail

Handle confidential materials with complete discretion—zero tolerance for gossip or lapses in judgment

Support general office operations and special projects as assigned

🛠️ Required Skills for the Administrative Assistant 

Strong and assertive communication—written and verbal

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Familiarity with customer service principles and working in an industrial or blue-collar setting

Able to work independently and maintain focus in a high-expectation environment
