Entry Level Warehouse Associate
Positions Available: Stacker/Packer, Form Loader, and Forklift Operators
Schedule:2nd Shift Monday - Friday 3pm-11pm, 3rd Shift Sunday - Thursday 11pm - 7am With OT Required
Pay Rate: $18.57
Entry Level Warehouse Associate Job Description:
- Set up and operate production equipment according to factory masters, ensuring accurate machine loading, bundling, and delivery processes.
- Maintain product quality and accuracy by monitoring box quality, verifying bundle/unit counts, and ensuring proper cover sheets, tie sheets, and load tags.
- Support machine operators and team workflow, assisting with production tasks and helping maintain the production schedule.
- Complete documentation and reporting such as production counts, quality issues, and required paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.
- Promote safety and equipment reliability by following company policies, maintaining good housekeeping, and submitting proactive maintenance work orders.
Entry Level Warehouse Associate Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience working in a Warehouse or Manufacturing environment.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar role preferred.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for the entire shift.
