Injection Mold Technician – Day Shift (Monroe, NJ)
Pay: $25–$28 per hour (higher based on experience) + Overtime Available
Schedule: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM | 4 days on, 3 days off, 3 days on, 4 days off (flexible rotations)

What You’ll Do
Set up, operate, and troubleshoot injection molding machines to ensure efficient production.
Perform mold start-ups, shutdowns, and adjustments to meet production schedules.
Work with production and R&D teams to ensure parts meet requirements.
Document molding runs for traceability and reproducibility.
Maintain safety standards and perform basic equipment maintenance.
Support continuous improvement efforts and other duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For
High school diploma or GED required.
Prior experience in injection molding or manufacturing (plastics/food environment preferred).
Strong understanding of warehouse operations and workflow.
Reliable, flexible, and a self-starter with solid troubleshooting skills.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work safely in a fast-paced environment.
