Job Title: One-Line Assembler

Position Summary
The Assembler is responsible for assembling products on a production line within a fulfillment or warehouse environment. This role ensures that all components and parts are correctly assembled, verified, and packaged according to quality, safety, and efficiency standards. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities
· Assemble components and subassemblies using hand tools and written instructions
· Interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings
· Inspect and verify inventory, parts, and tools before use
· Identify and handle defective items according to established procedures
· Monitor inventory levels and report out-of-stock items
· Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace
· Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks, forklifts, and wire-cutting machines
· Participate in daily safety checks and adhere to safety procedures
· Collaborate with team members to meet production and shipping goals
· Perform overtime work as needed
Qualifications
· High school diploma or GED required
· 2-3 years of assembly or warehouse experience preferred, but not required
· Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks (standing, bending, climbing, lifting)
· Strong ability to follow written and verbal instructions
· Basic problem-solving and time management skills
· Comfortable working in a high-paced, deadline-driven environment
