We’re seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team in Doylestown, PA.! This role supports accounting operations with cash handling, data entry, and administrative tasks. This is a permanent opportunity with room for growth!
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
Pay Range: $20-24/hour based on experience

Responsibilities:
- Assist with cash counting, deposits, and reconciliation
- Enter accounting transactions and maintain organized records
- Provide administrative support including mail, supplies, and report prep
- Process routine invoices and assist with vendor/customer inquiries
- Support audits, month-end, and year-end file organization
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college in accounting/business a plus)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; QuickBooks experience preferred (will train)
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and confidentiality
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
