We’re seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to join a fast-paced Manufacturing Company located in Concord! Maintaining and repairing equipment used in coffee and tea manufacturing. This role involves troubleshooting, replacing parts, making adjustments, and ensuring machinery runs efficiently to produce quality products.
Starting Pay: $25/hour
Shifts Available:
Overnight: 5:30 PM – 6:00 AM (2/2/3 schedule)
2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM
Responsibilities:
Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot packaging, roasting, grinding, transfer, and labeling equipment.
Perform preventative maintenance, including lubrication and adjustments.
Work with production teams to ensure quality standards are met.
Document parts usage and support cost reduction efforts.
Operate tools, conduct operational tests, and modify equipment for new products.
Requirements:
Prior manufacturing experience required.
2+ years technical training or equivalent experience.
Knowledge of electrical wiring, pneumatics, and ability to read blueprints/wiring diagrams.
Forklift/pallet jack certification a plus.
Ability to work independently and follow safety/quality procedures.
